What is your cancellation policy?

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session time, please email me with 24 hours advance notice otherwise you will be charged for the full cost of the session.

How do I pay for sessions?

Payments are made via interac bank transfer following each session.

How often will I need to come for a session?

Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as-needed depending on your needs. We can decide this together.

How long will each session be?

Therapy sessions are 60 minutes because they’re designed to explore deeper emotional and relational patterns

Parent coaching sessions are 90 minutes to accommodate addressing current struggles and creating actionable plans

Can I use my health insurance to cover therapy or coaching?

Most extended health benefits will cover psychotherapy however you should check with your provider.

 

Coaching does not include psychotherapy or any other health care service. Coaching is not considered “treatment” and does not fall under medical services. As such, extended health insurance will not cover the cost of coaching.
